Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription or premium services with Gesture Controlled Music Player. We want to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.

Subscription Cancellation

When You Can Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • During your free trial period (no charges applied)
  • At any point during your subscription period
  • Before your next billing cycle begins
  • Even if you've used premium features

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access to premium features until the period expires
  • No future charges will be made to your payment method
  • You can resubscribe at any time

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Through the App

  1. Open the Gesture Music Player app
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Subscription
  3. Tap "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find "Gesture Music Player" and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  6. Confirm cancellation

Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
  3. Find "Gesture Music Player"
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

If you're unable to cancel through the above methods, contact our support team:

  • Subject: Subscription Cancellation Request
  • Include: Your account email, order ID, and reason for cancellation

Free Trial Cancellation

For users on a free trial:

  • Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges
  • You'll continue to have access until the trial ends
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • You can start a new trial if eligible in the future

Important: To avoid being charged, cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before it expires.

Billing After Cancellation

No Future Charges

Once you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • No additional charges will be made
  • Any existing charges for the current period remain valid
  • Partial refunds may be available (see our Refund Policy)

Grace Period

We provide a 3-day grace period after cancellation during which:

  • You can easily reactivate your subscription
  • Your preferences and settings are preserved
  • No additional setup is required

Account Deletion vs. Cancellation

Cancellation

  • Stops future billing
  • Keeps your account and data
  • Allows easy resubscription
  • Maintains your music preferences

Account Deletion

  • Permanently removes your account
  • Deletes all personal data
  • Cannot be undone
  • Requires creating a new account to use the app again

Common Cancellation Scenarios

Changing Plans

To switch between subscription plans:

  1. Cancel your current subscription
  2. Wait for the current period to end
  3. Subscribe to your new preferred plan
  4. Or contact support for immediate plan changes

Technical Issues

Before cancelling due to technical problems:

  • Contact our support team for assistance
  • Try troubleshooting steps provided in our help center
  • Consider a temporary subscription pause if available

Cancellation Confirmation

After successful cancellation, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation of cancellation
  • Details about when your access will end
  • Information about any applicable refunds
  • Instructions for resubscribing if desired

Reactivating Your Subscription

To reactivate a cancelled subscription:

  • Open the app and go to subscription settings
  • Select your preferred plan
  • Complete the payment process
  • Your premium access will be restored immediately
